The Housing Authority of the Township of Irvington (IHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for Studio & One (1) bedroom apartments located at IHA’s senior / disabled buildings.

Board meetings are held every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 5:00 PM and agenda Caucus Sessions are at 4:00 PM, unless otherwise indicated on the schedule. If meetings are canceled or rescheduled, notice will be provided to you via memorandum. If you cannot be in attendance, please advise the Chairwoman and us ahead of time, so it is recorded.
Meetings are held in the Community Room at 624 Nye Avenue.
Irvington Township Housing Authority Partners with Honorable Irvington Mayor Tony Vauss & City Council to test residents for COVID-19 with Salerno Medical Associates.
Executive Director Carmelo Garcia with his team assisting residents.
Responsible for lease-up of new tenants, handle complaints, file evictions, inspect property.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Must be able to work with a diverse population.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Must be a Certified Public Housing Manager
