The Irvington Housing Authority is seeking RFP'S for the following:

NAME

A& E Services for the Modernization of 101 Union Ave (48 Unit) and 141 Union Ave (56 Units)

PROPOSAL DUE DATE

January 29, 2005 by 4:00pm

All Proposals/Bids shall be addressed to Ms. Wanda Thompson, Purchasing Agent , Irvington Housing Authority, 624 Nye Avenue , Lobby, Irvington , NJ 07111 . Unless otherwise indicated

All questions should be submitted via fax, 973- 375-4581, by 12:00 noon one week before bid opening:

You can obtain copies of the document from the office of the Housing Authority, (Purchasing Office), 624 Nye Ave , Lobby, Irvington , New Jersey , Monday through Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm . There is a $25.00 fee per Bid Package. The form of payment accepted by the Authority is a company check or money order made payable to the Irvington Housing Authority. All money submitted to the Authority is considered non-refundable. All proposals are to be submitted in with the original and two copies.
