Irvington Housing Authority has an onsite Maintenance Department. The Department consists of a Maintenance Supervisor, Mr. Randy Young, his Clerk/Typist Ms. Judy Ball and a staff of 14 full time employees and 4 part-time employees.
Our responsibility is to provide maintenance on the buildings and properties, which are owned and operated by Irvington Housing Authority. Our department maintains each building to keep it a safe, sanitary and decent environment for all residents as well as for the employees.
HOURS OF OPERATION: 8:00am - 4:30pm
NIGHT SHIFT: 3:00pm - 12:00 midnight

If an emergency should occur after normal business hours, residents are advised to contact the Public Safety Department. Once they receive the call they will dispatch out to Mr. Randy Young to handle the "Emergency Situation"
