The IHA Office of Housing Management (IHA OHM) is currently accepting applications for placement in vacant, on-site, public housing units, from senior and disabled adult households.
The IHA OHM oversees the general management of 670 units of on-site, senior, disabled and family public housing, including a variety of IHA activities: |

* Resident Laundry Room Inspections & Collections
* Resident Computer Database Input & Maintenance: FRS/PIC/MTCS & Visual Home
* Resident Monthly Rent Payment Depository & Receipts
* Annual NJ Division of Civil Rights/MRRP Report & Demographic Information
* OHM Event Planning, Coordination & Supervision
* Technical Support for Resource Development
* Technical Support for Program/Policy Design & Analysis
* Technical Support for Irvington Housing Urban Redevelopment Corporation
* Referrals to Local & Regional Support Services
