When David came to the Irvington Housing Authority, it was in a trouble status and in need of much repair. In less than 4 years, he has brought the agency to the status of a high performer. |

D. BILAL BEASLEY

D. Bilal Beasley was educated in the Newark Public School system and has received certificates from the Inter-Racial Congress of Business Opportunity at Rutgers University . His family has operated a business at Newark Liberty International Airport for the past 35 years. Employed with the Newark Housing Authority for 28 years until 2002, his work experience included the positions of security supervisor, executive director's staff assistant, and community relations specialist. |

KATHLEEN CLARK
|
|
Ms. Clark joined the Board in November 2002. She also holds a position as a member of the Buildings and Ground (chairperson), Security and Procurement committees. As a resident of Camptown Gardens , Ms. Clark is an asset to the Board as well as a voice for the residents. |

CAROLYN JENKINS

|
Ms. Jenkins joined the Board in January 2003. She also holds the positions as Chairperson as a member of the Legal, by Laws and Personnel committees. Prior to Ms. Jenkins joining the Board, she worked for Union Local 1199 located in Newark , NJ , where she has since retired

KATHERINE WITCHER

Ms. Clark has been serving as a member on the Board since November 2001. Ms. Clark also has a position as a member of the Buildings and Ground (chairperson), Security and Procurement committee.
When she is not on duty as a commissioner; she holds a full time position as a teacher for Shabazz High School in Newark , NJ |

LENEL JACKSON
|
|
Ms. Jackson joined the Board of Commissioners ion November 2000. She currently resides as the Board's Vice Chairperson and is a member of the Finance (chairperson), Procurement and Legal committees.
When she is not occupying herself with IHA affairs; she is volunteering her serves throughout the Irvington Community

TERRY LUCAS

|
Mr. Lucas joined the Board of Commissioners in December 2003. He is currently the Board's Vice Chairperson and is a member of the Finance (chairperson), Procurement and Legal committees.
Besides being a Commissioner for the Authority, Mr. Lucas also holds a full time position as Housing Manager at the Newark Housing Authority which is located in Newark , NJ .

JAMES A. DAVIS
|

Mr. Davis is our newest member to join the Board of Commissioners. He has been a member since November 2004. He was appointed when Mr. Eric Graham term expired
